Recipe ~ Crock Pot Ranch Pork Chops and Mashed Potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 6 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 package dry Ranch dressing mix
  • 10 oz. can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 oz. tub sour cream and chive
  • 5 tablespoon butter
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 5 lbs potatoes 
  • water

Instructions:

Pork Chops
Place pork chops in the crock pot. In a separate bowl whisk together ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, and parsley then pour in the crock pot. Add just enough water to cover the pork chops. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Mashed Potatoes
Peel and slice 5 lbs of potatoes and boil until tender. Drain and mash. Then add in the milk, butter, salt, pepper, and sour cream and chive.
